1 part. dark rum - Pusser's Royal Navy Rum
1 part. cranberry juice
1 part. pineapple juice
1 part. fresh orange juice
1 lime wedge
Fresh grated nutmeg (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)

If 1 part = 3/4 c., this makes about 3 cups. Fill large pitcher with ice. Add 4 liquids. Stir well. Pour into glasses filled with ice. Squeeze lime juice over each. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon if desired and serve.

This drink takes its name from the legend that after Admiral Nelson's death at the Battle of Trafalgar, his body was returned to England in a cask of rum. Read Pusser's Folklore for more.
